EditorialA warm welcome to all the new subscribers of The BeadMouse News, and there are around 30 of them since the last edition! Thank you for joining the 'family', I hope you will find lots to interest you in this and future editions. And of course feel free to contribute, letters, articles, pics of your work, etc. In fact please, please, do! I can't believe you are all as shy about sharing as you seem to be <g>, so come on, drop me a line. The issue of copywrite has come up again in one of the beading forums so this seemed a good time to clarify the way it applies to the free patterns, instructions available through the ezine. I enjoy sharing whatever skills I have with other people. I would never have learned to bead without the generosity of other beaders on the internet. This is my way of trying to repay a little of that debt. I am more than happy for you to print of copies of my designs for your own personal use. Happier still for you to make them up and give the finished pieces to friends, sell them at craft fayres etc. If you give me credit as the designer, thats better still. The only restrictions are no mass production and please do not use my material for teaching purposes. Beady hugs Michelle aka the beadmouse Join the Beadmouse News mailing list and get your copy of the enzine as soon as its published!
